Choose Your Program
Adult Jiu-Jitsu: classes are beginner friendly. The Adult Jiu-Jitsu program includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Nogi grappling and wrestling. We have morning and evening classes available to fit your schedule. Students can choose their class according to their experience level: Fundamentals BJJ, Drill Class, Nogi Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling.
Kids Jiu-Jitsu: Parents, we have classes for Pre-school (4-6 yrs), Youth age students (7-12 yrs) and Teens (13-17 yrs). The Hybrid kids program includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Nogi grappling and wrestling. Kids classes run weekdays and Saturday mornings. Encouraging physical activity, building self-confidence and coordination skills.
Wrestling: Hybrid wrestling classes are for high school and adult level students. Whether you wish to sharpen your wrestling skills or stay in shape for your HS/college season, we can help. This program is martial arts friendly (Grapplers/MMA) and beginner friendly. We specialize in folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco Roman wrestling. Hybrid wrestling club is an official USA wrestling charter club.
Boxing: we now offer boxing classes for beginners. We have two types of classes you can attend (Boxing Basics and Cardio Boxing). Boxing Basics is made for students who wish to learn the skill of boxing and does include sparring. Cardio boxing is focused on improving fitness and cardiovascular training.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Your Journey Begins
Beginner friendly; This is our beginner class and a great introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our fundamentals course teaches you the basic positions, movements, and technique of Jiu-Jitsu. As one of our most popular offerings, we recommend signing up for this course as early as possible as it tends to fill up quickly. If you’re unsure about your level or have questions, simply reach out.

Drill Class

Repetition is Key!
The next level of your training is our advanced drilling class. The drill class gives you an opportunity to train specific positions and technique. The primary focus is skill refinement and not sparring. Repetition is key and this class gives you the opportunity expand your learning through drilling technique. This course has been highly regarded and provides the perfect foundation to enter the next level of your learning.

Kids Jiu-Jitsu

Our Hybrid kids program provides a fun and positive learning environment where students can build self-confidence through Jiu-Jitsu. This program includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Nogi grappling and wrestling. Encouraging physical activity and helping our kids thrive socially in a teamwork setting. Our kid’s program teaches students valuable lessons that can be carried both on and off the mat.

Nogi Jiu-Jitsu
Self-Defense, Sport Grappling, and MMA
No Gi (without the kimono) - Nogi Jiu-Jitsu is a form of grappling used for self-defense. This course provides our students with self-defense foundational skills and does not require the traditional Gi (kimono) for training. Nogi involves a combination of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling that is commonly used for MMA and self-defense. We encourage our students to train Gi Jiu-Jitsu and Nogi self-defense.

Wrestling
Hybrid Wrestling Club
Hybrid Wrestling club offers training in Folkstyle (High School/College), Freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling. This class open to all levels of wrestlers and grapplers. Teaching the fundamentals of all wrestling positions: standing, top and bottom position. Open to High School, College level, and adult learners. HWC is an official USA Wrestling charter club.
